Disclaimer: This photo competition is hosted by AeroXplorer LLC only and has no affiliation with any social media platform, airline, airport, or any other body.

Each contestant can submit a maximum of five photos per entry and only one entry per contestant is allowed. The cost of one entry starts at $10 and is subject to change without notice. Photos uploaded by contestants are in no way affiliated with AeroXplorer and will not be uploaded onto the platform or in any other way used by AeroXplorer other than for the purposes of this competition.

There will be seven winners. The first-place prize is $250 cash, an AeroXplorer T-Shirt, and six months of AeroXplorer+ Professional Membership for one person. The second-place prize is $30 cash and 6 months of AeroXplorer+ Professional membership for one person. The third-place prize is $15 cash and 3 months of AeroXplorer+ Professional membership for five people. The submission period for the contest is between March 2 and March 15, providing 14 days to upload and submit photos. Submissions are only allowed after the purchase of an entry. Photos will be anonymously displayed for community voting between March 16 and March 23. The top 25 photos will move onto the final round, where they will be judged by a panel of esteemed judges. Judges will review and vote on the top 25 photos before determining a winner. Photos will be again displayed anonymously and our judges come from a diverse background of aviation experiences and editing styles. Winners of the contest will be announced by early April via email before being publicly announced on Instagram and other social media platforms.

Rules:

The photo must be related to aviation in some way or form.

Contestants must be 18 years of age or older.

Contestants cannot enter into the competition with different email addresses in order to gain more entries into the competition.

Only official AeroXplorer accounts will be used for communication. Emails from AeroXplorer will always be have an @aeroxplorer.com handle. AeroXplorer is not responsible for any actions taken by or in response to fake accounts falsely soliciting the competition.

No communication with judges are allowed involving the competition while the event is live.

A photographer can only win once. If multiple photos are chosen by the judges as winners, only the highest-ranked photo will be kept.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Violators of these rules will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests. No refund will be given.

Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.

Entries will be judged by community voting and AeroXplorer’s panel of judges. Judges have no association with AeroXplorer. All decisions are final. AeroXplorer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.

By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by AeroXplorer for purposes relating to the competition.

Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline passes.

The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after five business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.

The competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
